Home Watch Inspections

Scheduled walkthroughs inside and out, checking plumbing, HVAC, windows/doors, and overall security — with timestamped photo reports for your records. 

Storm Preparedness & Response

Pre-storm support including securing outdoor furniture, clearing patios and entryways, and checking that the property exterior is storm-ready. We coordinate with licensed contractors for shutter installation, generator service, and other specialized needs. After a storm, we perform exterior inspections, document any damage with photos, and arrange follow-up service as needed. 

Concierge & Keyholder Services

Vendor and delivery access, mail/package collection, and emergency lockout support. 

Add-On Services

Exterior care such as pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and gutter clearing — coordinated to keep your property in top shape.

  •  Verify all doors and windows are locked and secure.
  • Walk through every room, garage and storage area.
  • Check ceilings, walls and under sinks for water leaks or mold.
  • Run faucets and flush toilets (prevent stagnant water/dry traps.

  • *Vendor Coordination - arrange and oversee licensed contractors for; shutter installation/removal, generator service or test run, specialty tasks such as roof prep or sandbags, etc.
  • Documentation - Provide pre-storm photos of your property so you have a "before" record for insurance purposes.

  • Exterior Inspection –Walk the property and check roofline (visual), windows, doors, fencing, pool, and landscaping for damage.
  • Interior Inspection – Enter the home to check for water intrusion, roof leaks, broken windows,      flooding, or power outages. Confirm A/C is operational and look for any visible damage.
  • Photo Report – Provide a digital report with clear photos of your property’s condition inside and out.
  • Immediate Alerts – If damage is found, contact you immediately with details.
  • *Vendor Access & Coordination – Meet or arrange licensed trades (roofers, restoration, electricians, etc.) to address urgent issues.

Add-On Services

Our Add-On Services are designed to complement our Home Watch packages. Light Home Care includes interior airing out, plant watering, and replacing A/C filters or bulbs (if provided). Exterior Oversight covers walking the property for fallen branches, irrigation problems, or pests, supervising pool and lawn vendors, and removing mail, flyers, or debris. Through Vendor Coordination, we schedule and meet service providers, provide access, stay on-site until work is complete, and report back with photos and notes. Our Lifestyle Convenience services include pre-arrival grocery shopping, arranging house cleaning, and assisting with major deliveries such as furniture or auto transport.

Bronze – Basic Seasonal Storm Package

  • Includes one Pre-Storm OR Post-Storm service for each named storm that impacts our area (limited to two storms per season)
  • Additional storm checks can be added as needed
  • Service includes securing exterior items, visual inspection, and a digital “before” or “after” photo report
